Tarot as a Tool for Writing

Tarot Reading has been a wonderful divination tool along my journey of self discovery and connecting to higher consciousness. Often, I will close my eyes and feel the energy of the cards in my body. Then, look at the colors and symbols and see what emotions they elicit. On one particular day I pulled a card and it’s powerful energy and beautiful imagery inspired me to write the following poem.

Imagine if we all

loved unconditionally?

If we looked in each

other’s eyes and saw

pieces of ourselves

and parts of a whole

we didn’t know existed.

If we loved those

other parts and the

pieces of ourselves as if

together they became

the masterpiece we

always wanted to create.

Imagine the light

shining brilliantly on

your creation knowing

that every step you took

brought the pieces together

and made them one.

If you can imagine that

then you can see

how we are all

connected; different

and the same.

So to love you is to

love me and yes it’s

possible to love all -

Unconditionally
