By turning your thoughts inward

You have reached a point where it is time to turn inwards and become aware of your thoughts. There is light in your life, but you won't see it without knowing why you are feeling as you do. Our answers often lay within ourselves, not our external environments. You are being encouraged to take time for yourself. Meditation is one of the best ways to quiet the mind, get in touch with our inner guidance system, and find answers we seek.


A recent experience has left you feeling broken-hearted or deeply saddened. Finding the source of your pain is often the key to understanding how to move forward. Although it may feel like dark times, through the darkness there is light. In this situation as the cards suggest, meditation and turning your thoughts and feelings inward, will assist you in understanding the true nature of what is happening. This is the way forward.


There is joy and happiness coming into your life. You will be celebrating with others. Most often the toughest times happen to teach us something. Emotions begin in the mind, but when we become in touch with our thoughts, we discover the wisdom we seek to change them. Trust, that happier times are ahead.
